{"id":3501,"date":"2025-09-17T10:58:51","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T10:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chinchorrotelevision.cl\/ma\/?p=3501"},"modified":"2025-09-17T10:58:54","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T10:58:54","slug":"tricel-confirma-inhabilidad-de-cathy-barriga-por-cinco-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chinchorrotelevision.cl\/ma\/2025\/09\/17\/tricel-confirma-inhabilidad-de-cathy-barriga-por-cinco-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"TRICEL CONFIRMA INHABILIDAD DE CATHY BARRIGA POR CINCO A\u00d1OS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/chinchorrotelevision.cl\/ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/A-BARRGA-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3507\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chinchorrotelevision.cl\/ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/A-BARRGA-1.jpg 820w, https:\/\/chinchorrotelevision.cl\/ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/A-BARRGA-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chinchorrotelevision.cl\/ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/A-BARRGA-1-768x434.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe recordar que en marzo de este a\u00f1o, el Primer Tribunal Electoral se pronunci\u00f3 sobre un requerimiento presentado por tres concejales del municipio en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Tribunal Calificador de Elecciones (Tricel) confirm\u00f3 la inhabilidad de la exalcaldesa de Maip\u00fa, Cathy Barriga, a ejercer cargos p\u00fablicos durante cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fallo se\u00f1ala que &#8220;este Tribunal comparte el an\u00e1lisis del tribunal de primera instancia, en los considerandos cuadrag\u00e9simos cuarto y siguientes de la sentencia recurrida, en cuanto a que en el actuar de la se\u00f1ora Barriga Guerra se configuran las causales alegadas, por cumplir con los elementos legales de imputabilidad, gravedad y reiteraci\u00f3n&#8221;, dice el fallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, se confirm\u00f3 la sentencia de marzo por &#8220;los hechos que se han tenido por acreditados, la falta de adherencia a las recomendaciones de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica y el incumplimiento a la normativa de contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, dan cuenta de una gesti\u00f3n desprolija, en el ejercicio del cargo y el incumplimiento del actuar imparcial que le exige la normativa por sobre el inter\u00e9s privado&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Generando a juicio de este tribunal un da\u00f1o significativo en la confianza p\u00fablica y afectando gravemente la gesti\u00f3n municipal&#8221;, concluye el escrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe recordar que en marzo de este a\u00f1o, el Primer Tribunal Electoral se pronunci\u00f3 sobre un requerimiento presentado por tres concejales del municipio en 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cabe recordar que en marzo de este a\u00f1o, el Primer Tribunal Electoral se pronunci\u00f3 sobre un requerimiento presentado por tres concejales del municipio en 2020.
